CO2Lift® Ambassador Program

Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application to become a CO2Lift® Ambassador (“Ambassador”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all applicants and accepted Ambassadors as part of the CO2Lift® Ambassador Program (“Program”), and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Program, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Maintain an active social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok.
  • Meet the minimum follower count and engagement rate as outlined in the application form.
  • Have content that reflects a positive, professional, and health-oriented brand image.
  • Avoid excessive sponsored posts or sales-driven content.
  • Align with the CO2Lift® brand values and skincare messaging

Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. CO2Lift® reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.

  1. Application Process

By submitting your application:

  • You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
  • You agree that CO2Lift® may review your social media profiles to evaluate eligibility.
  • You understand that CO2Lift® may reach out to you for further details before making a final decision.

Submitting an application does not create an employment or partnership relationship.

  1. Program Participation

If accepted:

  • You will be granted access to the CO2Lift® Ambassador Dashboard.
  • You may receive perks such as free products, referral commissions, point-based rewards, and invitations to events or digital groups.
  • Your participation remains subject to ongoing compliance with the Ambassador Agreement, Program guidelines, and applicable laws (including FTC disclosure requirements).

CO2Lift® reserves the right to revoke participation, remove perks, or terminate access to the Program at any time and for any reason.

  1. Referral Codes and Commissions

If accepted, you may be issued a unique referral code or link. Use of referral codes is subject to the following:

  • You may only share codes on personal platforms you own or manage.
  • You may not post codes on coupon sites or CO2Lift®’s own social media accounts.
  • Self-purchases made using your code are not commissionable.
  • CO2Lift® retains sole discretion to audit, adjust, or deny commissions if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
  1. Content Use & Publicity

By participating, you grant CO2Lift® permission to:

  • Repost, share, or feature your publicly shared content that includes CO2Lift® products, tags, or referral mentions.
  • Use your name, handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Program.

Any submitted or tagged content may be used in marketing across social, web, and print channels.

  1. Privacy and Data Use

Your application data will be processed in accordance with CO2Lift®’s Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties outside the scope of program administration, communication, and fulfillment.

  1. Modifications and Termination

CO2Lift® may modify these Terms or the structure of the Ambassador Program at any time. We may also terminate your participation or the Program entirely, with or without notice, for any reason.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By applying to or participating in the Program, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Florida for any disputes arising under these Terms.
By checking the box on the application form and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the separate Ambassador Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
